What an amazing night Rod was at the end of August nearly everyone was up dancing and doing love train around the floor, Anita was again let loose with the mankini check out the videos on our FB page

On the 11th Sept The Greater Elland Historical Society had Frank Collins as speaker for the evening, Frank is possibly the oldest landlord in the UK and runs the Dog & Partridge at Sowood
Friday 13th September we had Karen’s Bonkers Bingo, another fabulous evening great photos and videos on our fb page and comments for another to be arranged
We had the sad news of Keith Whalley’s Passing this month, Keith’s funeral was held on the 23rd Sept, Keith spent many years on the committee at Elland working men’s club and will be missed by many
on Friday 27th September
Abba Bjorn Legacy

this is a free event and only a Child ticket required ( Adults do not need a ticket ) tickets available now available from the bar , colouring pages will also be in the foyer

Our Tuesday club host their annual Bonfire lunch on the 5th November

Stuck for something to do on a Tuesday? do you enjoy bingo and fancy meeting new friends, having a chat, going on trips thru the year and having fun, then we have vacancies for new members to join our Tuesday club, please contact June on 07788868598 ( over 60’s )
Do you fancy supporting our Tuesday Bingo club or our Saturday night cash bingo? we are looking for a hand to help with bingo and entertainment, if interested please speak to the committee on Saturday evenings

we have a large function room for hire, with a large car park and kitchen facilities ask at the bar for more details

Just a reminder we also now have a Life saving Defibrillator fixed at the bottom of the metal steps opposite the green ( you never know when this may be needed )

children are welcome in the club any day but please check with staff until what time they must leave and they must be accompanied by an adult at all times , children are not allowed on the green at any time or in the function room on Saturdays
